Keeping your data secure
At RDS, we’re committed to protecting any personal information you give us. We also want to be open about the data our website collects and how we use it.
We don’t have any marketing lists: so you won’t be signing up to any marketing if you contact us!
Personal information
Our contact form does collect some personal information, such as your name and email address. Optionally, you can also provide us with your phone number and the name of the organisation where you work.
We collect this so we know who you are, why you’re getting in touch and how we can get back to you!
This is done a secure form to protect that data. The data is stored by Wix, the platform used to create the website. We’ve marked all fields of the form have been marked as containing ‘personally identifiable information’: that means Wix holds the information using the highest level of security.
Website
We do collect a range of information from site visitors. This is done through our website platform Wix. So, for example, this could include your IP address and the web browser that you use.
Principally, this information is used for analysis. For example, it allows us to see how many visitors the website gets, and how long they stay. This data is collected and stored by Wix on our behalf, when you visit the RDS website.
We don’t use any third-party apps from the Wix Marketplace to collect any additional data.

The website does use cookies to collect some information about website visitors.
You can use our cookie banner to accept or refuse cookies when you visit the website. However, if you refuse, that could mean some parts of the website do not work correctly.
Security
We’ll do everything we can to keep your personal information secure.
Do keep in mind that no form of electronic storage linked to the internet can ever be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
That being said, we only collect limited personal information: so the risk to you is low. Wix also employs a range of measures to keep your data secure.
Your rights
Don’t forget, you can ask us for a copy of your personal data that we hold. You can also us to delete any personal data we might hold on you.
There are some occasions when we might need to retain personal data – for example if we’ve delivered services for you or your company. We need to comply with UK company law and this might mean we need to keep your details.
Some legal stuff
If we find evidence of a crime, then we would share the relevant personal data with the police.
We may also share personal data if requested to do so by the police or courts.
